    "message": "Record the CRAN submission of 2.1.12\n\nBoth files are written by devtools::submit_cran(). CRAN-SUBMISSION records the\nversion, the time of the submission and the commit it was made from;\nusethis::use_github_release() reads it once the version is accepted, so that\nthe release is tagged against the right commit. The .Rbuildignore entry keeps\nit out of the tarball.\n\nThe recorded SHA is 777ea840, which is this branch's previous commit and the\none both win-builder queues checked, so what went to CRAN is the state that\nwas tested.\n",
